It was around September 2012 that we first meet Joel, and for the next two months we went into a deep technical discussion about surf, epoxy, sustainability, pigments, etc…that I am almost sure brought Joel to meet everyone on the Entropy Resins Team on both sides of the Atlantic. This proves how dedicated and professional he is to his customers, his project and the environment, and by extension to Entropy Resins, since he is one of the most committed users of SuperSap for Surf in the UK.
It was nice to be approached again by Joel, in 2013, to inform us about Joel Customs, his UK based company producing sustainable hand made surf craft and other custom products with an environmental outlook.
The best way to getting to know Joel’s sustainable project is by simply watching the film done by Ruwac Production’s which showcases Joel’s custom-made “eco” surf craft. The board in the film is “The Port Glass”. As Joel’s explained us “I wanted to let you know that SuperSap features in the film and it is my preferred resin to use for my boards. I am probably the most committed board builder to Entropy resins in the UK” and indeed you are!
But Joel’s project is not only sustainable hand made surf…there are many other custom works for all aspects of life, that he can inform you about when you contact him, visit him or become a facebook follower of his projects.
So don’t forget to visit him if you are around, or to contact him to ask for his sustainable hand made surf or repairs.
